We are hiring a Food & Beverage Cost Controller to join our team in Nairobi, Westlands! If you have experience in accounts, stock management, and a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs.

• Conduct regular stock-taking in the kitchen and storage areas.

• Ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels.

• Analyze cost variances and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and accounts team to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in stock-taking, preferably in food and beverage operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
