Job Description: Front Office Manager
Location: Nairobi
Salary: Ksh 50,000 - 60,000
Responsibilities:
Oversee guest check-in/out processes and ensure guest satisfaction.
Supervise front desk staff and manage work schedules.
Handle guest complaints and promptly resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records and manage reservations.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
Monitor room availability, pricing, and revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in front desk or hospitality roles.
Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Skills:
Customer service focus, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Experience in team management and conflict resolution.
