Job Description: Front Office Manager

Location: Nairobi
Salary: Ksh 50,000 - 60,000



Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guest check-in/out processes and ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Supervise front desk staff and manage work schedules.

  • Handle guest complaints and promptly resolve issues.

  • Maintain accurate records and manage reservations.

  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

  • Monitor room availability, pricing, and revenue targets.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in front desk or hospitality roles.

  • Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.



Skills:


  • Customer service focus, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience in team management and conflict resolution.
