Job Description: Nursing Assistant

We are currently seeking to recruit a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our client’s healthcare team and provide essential support in delivering quality patient care.

Location: Nairobi

Salary: Ksh 30,000 - Ksh 40,000

Qualifications:

• Certificate/Diploma in Nursing or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or caregiving role.

• Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and medical terminology.

• Proficiency in record-keeping and basic computer skills.

• Strong communication and compassionate care skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.

• Monitor and record vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.

• Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas.

• Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering care.

• Ensure proper documentation of patient information.

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to healthcare regulations.
